摘 要:系统研究了不同模数和含固量的Na_2SiO_3/NaOH复合激发剂溶液对水胶比为0.55的碱激发-矿渣水泥砂浆凝结时间、化学收缩、自收缩和抗压强度的影响,并使用XRF,XRD,MBET等分析方法表征分析了矿渣样品。结果表明,矿渣主要由无定形态SiO_2组成,具有较高的反应活性。与同水胶比水泥砂浆相比,尽管具有相近的7 d化学收缩,然而碱激发-矿渣水泥砂浆的自收缩和抗压强度均远大于水泥砂浆。不同激发剂组成对碱激发-矿渣水泥砂浆的变形及力学性能均有显著地影响,其自收缩随激发剂模数的增大而降低,随含固量的增大先增大后减小。The influence of Na2SiOJNaOH composite activators with different modulus and solid content,on the setting time, chemical shrinkage,autogenous shrinkage and compressive strength of alkali-activated slag cement mortar(binder to cement or slag is 0.55) was systematically investigated,and the slag sample was characterized by XRF, XRD and MBET. Results show that slag is mainly composed by amorphous glass phase,having a very high reactivity. Compared with cement mortar with the same binder to cement or slag ratio, alkali-activated slag cement mortar has much larger compressive strength and autogenous shrinkage,but similar 7 days chemical shrinkage.Activators with different modulus and solid content influence significantly the deformation and mechanical properties of alkali-activated slag cement mortar, specially,the bigger the modulus,the smaller the autogenous shrinkage,while the increasing of the solid Content made autogenous shrinkage increase firstly but reduce at later stage.
