摘  要:制备了以高密度聚乙烯为支撑材料的定形相变材料,将其添加到预制轻薄干式供暖地板中,在地板采暖实验室建立实验系统,测试不同供回水平均温度及不同供回水温差下,相变地板和普通地板供暖系统的热工性能。结果显示:在稳定阶段,相变地板的表面热流密度要高于普通地板的表面热流密度,同一供回水平均温度工况下,供回水温差越大,地板表面温度越低;在冷却阶段,相变地板表面温度降低的速率很慢,而普通地板表面温度下降较快。研究结果为定形相变材料在地板中应用的可行性提供参考依据。In this paper, a shape-stabilized phase change material(PCM) with high density polyethylene (HDPE) as supporting material was prepared,and added it to prefabricated light dry heating floor. An experimental system was built in the floor heating laboratory,and the thermal performance of the two kind of floor heating systems under different average temperature of supply and return water and different temperature difference were tested. The results show that in the stable-stage,the surface heat flux density of phase change floor is higher than that of ordinary floor, and under the same average temperature of supply and return water, the greater the temperature difference of supply and return water, the smaller the surface temperature of the floor. In the cooling stage, the rate of surface temperature reduction of phase change flooring is very slow, but the floor surface temperature of ordinary flooring decreases rapidly. The research results can provide references and basis for the application of shape-stabilized PCMs in the floor.
