摘 要:研究了钢纤维陶粒混凝土的抗拉强度、粘结锚固性能随钢纤维掺量和钢筋直径的变化规律。结果表明:随着钢纤维体积率的增加,陶粒混凝土的轴心抗拉强度逐渐提高,通过对试验数据的拟合得到轴心抗拉强度随钢纤维体积率变化的计算公式;相同钢纤维体积率下,陶粒混凝土粘结强度随钢筋直径的增大呈先提高后降低的趋势,峰值滑移量逐渐降低,钢筋直径为18 mm时,粘结强度最大;相同钢筋直径下,粘结强度随钢纤维体积率的增大而提高,峰值滑移量也逐渐增大;运用最小二乘法建立了基于轴心抗拉强度、钢纤维体积率、la/d、c/d的极限粘结强度公式;在极限粘结强度公式的基础上推导出钢筋在钢纤维陶粒混凝土中的锚固长度公式,并且钢纤维陶粒混凝土的锚固长度可按照GB 50010—2010进行设计。This paper studies the change rule of tensile strength and bond-anchorage property of steel fiber ceramsite concrete with the steel fiber content and the diameter of the steel bar. Results show that:with the increase of steel fiber volume ratio,cer- amsite concrete axial tensile strength increases gradually,and the calculation formula of axial tensile strength with steel fiber the volume rate change is obtained by fitting the test data:under the same volume of steel fiber, the bond strength of ceramsite con- crete increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of diameter of steel bar, the peak slip decreases,the bond strength reaches the maximum when the bar diameter is 18 ram;under the same diameter of steel bar,bond strength improves with the in- crease of steel fiber volume rate,peak slip increases. The ultimate bond strength formula is established based on axial tensile strength,steel fiber volume rate,la/d,c/d by least square method. Based on the ultimate bond strength formula, the anchorage length formula of steel bar in steel fiber ceramsite concrete is deduced and the anchorage length of steel fiber concrete can be designed in accordance with the specification of GB 50010---2010.
