摘　　要：目的探讨低血糖指数医用食品用于2型糖尿病营养治疗的效果。方法选取2015年7月~2016年7月我院内分泌科收治的符合入选标准的2型糖尿病患者100例作为研究对象,按简单随机抽样法分成营养治疗组和对照组,各50例。对照组确保总能量摄入合理,减少脂肪,增加膳食纤维素的摄入量并供给充足的维生素和矿物质;治疗组在对照组基础上控制标准饮食并减少正餐摄入量和能量供给,用低GI医用食品作为代餐方式替代相对应能量的正餐。分别于治疗前后不同时间测定两组患者的糖脂代谢及人体测量指标并进行比较分析。结果两组患者的血糖、胆固醇、三酰甘油等指标水平与治疗前比较均有所下降,体重控制有所改善(P<0.05);且治疗组患者的血糖、胆固醇、三酰甘油等指标水平低于对照组(P<0.05),体重控制方面的改善也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低GI医用食品有助于控制血糖及营养状况,有较高的应用前景,值得实践和推广。Objective To explore the effect of low glycemic index medical food in nutritional therapy for type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From July 2015 to July 2016,100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in our department of endocrinology were selected as the subjects.The patients were divided into the nutrition treatment group and the control group by simple random sampling,each group had 50 cases.The control group was ensured a reasonable total energy in- take,reduced fat,increased dietary fiber intake,and provided adequate vitamins and minerals.The treatment group was controlled the standard diet,reduced the intake of meals and energy supply,and used the low GI medical food as sub- stitute meal instead of the corresponding energy dinner on the basis of the control group.The glyeolipid metabolism and anthropometric indexes of two groups were measured at different time before and after treatment,and then compared and analyzed.Results The blood glucose,cholesterol and triglyceride level of the two groups decreased and weight control improved compared with before treatment （P〈0.05）.The blood glucose,cholesterol and triglyceride level in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）,the improvements in weight control were also better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Low GI medical food is helpful to control blood sugar and nutritional status.h has higher application prospect and is worthy of practice and popularization.
