摘  要:目的探讨电刺激+生物反馈和盆底肌训练在预防女性盆底功能障碍性疾病中的应用效果。方法选取2015年6月~2016年6月在我院接受治疗的350例产妇作为研究对象,根据盆底肌训练方式的不同将其分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组210例,于产后6周开始进行电刺激+生物反馈治疗;对照组140例,在家自行盆底肌训练。记录并比较两组产妇产后6周、6个月、1年的盆底电生理指标、POP-Q分度指标、PFIQ-7及PISQ-12评分。结果产后6个月和1年,两组产妇的Ⅰ类肌纤维肌力、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力Ⅲ级及以上所占比率均有显著提升,且治疗组的提升幅度均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);产后6个月和1年,治疗组产妇其他盆底电生理指标的改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);产后6个月和1年,治疗组产妇POP-Q分度中Aa指示点的改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他各指示点比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);产后6周、6个月及1年,两组产妇的PFIQ-7及PISQ-12评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论电刺激+生物反馈治疗等盆底肌训练能够起到改善盆底电生理指标的作用,在预防女性盆底功能障碍性疾病中效果显著,可以进行推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback and pelvic floor mus- cle training in the prevention of female pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods From June 2015 to June 2016,350 cases of puerperae who received treatment in our hospital were selected as research subjects.According to the different training methods of pelvic floor muscle,all the subjects were divided into treatment group and control group.210 cases in the treatment group were given electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy 6 weeks after delivery;140 cases in the control group performed pelvic floor muscle training themselves at home.Relevant clinical data of 6 weeks, 6 months and 1 year after delivery of two groups were recorded and compared,including pelvic floor electrophysiologi- cal parameters,POP-Q indexs,PFIQ-7 scores and PISQ-12 scores.Results The ratios of muscle strength level Ⅲ or above of grade I muscle fibers and grade II muscle fibers in two groups were significantly improved in 6 months and 1 year after the delivery,and the improvement in the treatment group was higher than the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P〈0.05).The electrophysiological parameters of pelvic floor were compared between the two groups of puerpera 6 months and 1 year after the delivery.The improvement of other pelvic floor electrophysiological parameters in the treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P〈0.05).The improvement of POP-Q indexing Aa indication point in the treatment group was better than that of the control group in 6 months and 1 year after the deliv- ery,and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05),while there were no significant differences in other indica- tion points between the two groups (P〉0.05).The PFIQ-7 scores and PISQ-12 scores were compared between the two groups,and the differences were not
