摘　　要：目前,成品销售物流存在着管理模式不规范、发货过程缺乏计划指导,人为因素较多,信息流严重滞后、一旦出现问题无法形成追溯机制,影响发货速率和企业形象。本文采用一单式闭环智能物流发货方式,以派车单为主线,利用自助收发卡机、视频车号识别、RFID技术,运用信息化管理理念,控制钢卷发货从计划到执行,从车辆调配-按单进厂-厂内装货直至发货出厂的全流程,做到一单闭环控制。At present, the finished product sales logistics management system is not standardized, the lack ofphnning guidance process, more human factors, information flow is seriously lagging behind, once the problem can not form a retrospective mechanism, affecting the delivery rate and corporate image. In this paper, a single closed-loop intelligent logistics delivery method to send a dispatch order as the main line, the use of self-help card machines, video car identification, R.FID technology, the use ofinforrnation management concepts, control the delivery of coils from plan to execution, from the vehicle deployment - according to a single into the plant - the factory loading until the shipment of the whole process, so that a single closedloop control.
