论我国新闻监督权的法律规制

摘　　要：随着社会的不断发展,我国的法治工作也在不断的推进,民主宪法国家对新闻监督权力逐渐的重视公民的权力意识也在不断地提高,因此,新闻监督权就需受到相应的保护。加强我国公民新闻监督权是一项大的工程。新闻监督权是宪法赋予公民的权力,与公民的言论自由有着密切的关系。当今社会对新闻监督权的研究能有效地推进我国民主政治体制工作的完善和优化。With the continuous development of society and the constant advancing of the rule of law in our country, the states of democratic constitution gradually attach importance to rights of press supervision, and the citizen＇s rights consciousness is in constant increase. Therefore, rights of press supervision should be protected correspondingly. Strengthening the citizen＇s rights of new supervision in China is a big project. The rights of press supervision can be reckoned the constitutional rights empowered to citizens and has a close relationship with citizens＇ freedom of speech. In todav＇s society, the research on the ri~,hts of oress sunervision can effectively imnrove and ontimize the democratic nolitical svstem in our country.
