摘　　要：随着信息时代的发展对于社会各领域的深刻影响。"互联网+"改变了我国高校图书馆的技术与社会环境。基于实现高校图书馆服务与人才培养的发展需求,分析高校图书馆在"互联网+"大背景下的传统服务改革方向,以及"互联网+"The development of the information age has brought all works of life the profound influence. ＂Internet＋＂ has changed the technology and social environment of college libraries in China. This paper, based on the implementation of college library service and the development requirements of talent training, analyzes the reform direction of traditional service for college libraries, and puts forward strategies of constructing the innovative service mode under the background of ＂Internet ＋＂.
