摘 要:以木麻黄萌芽条和侧枝作为试验材料,利用不同浓度萘乙酸(NAA)浸泡预处理24小时,分别用维生素B_(12)(VB^(12))溶液和井水进行水培生根试验,比较不同激素处理、不同营养液对木麻黄生根的影响。结果表明:萌芽条在0mg·L^(-1) NAA和20 mg·L^(-1) NAA处理,VB12溶液培养中生根效果最佳,生根率为100%,生根量为2.50条和4.40条,根系长度为17.93 mm和12.37 mm;萌芽条生根效果优于侧枝生根效果;VB12溶液培养穗条生根指标高于井水培养;营养液对生根率和生根量有极显著影响(P<0.01),穗条类型对生根率有显著影响(P<0.05);移栽生长效果以VB12溶液培养的萌芽条表现最好,移栽成活率100%,平均苗高43.3 cm。Germinative and lateral branches of Casuarina equisetifolia were used as test materials,We adopted different concentrations of Naphthylacetic Acid(NAA) for pretreatment by 24 hours,Vitamin Blz and logging of water for hydro- ponic culture every day after pretreatment, to compare influences on rooting of C. equisetifolia. The results showed that 0 mg · L^-1 ,20 mg · L^-1 NAA for pretreatment and Vitamin B12 for hydroponic culture took the best rooting effect, root rate was 100%, number of root were 2.50 and 4.40, the length of root were 17.93 mm and 12.37 mm. germinative bran- ches had better than lateral branch on rooting effect. Vitamin B12 was better than well water on rooting effect. Hydroponic culture had significant influence on root rate and root numbers of root(P〈0.01). Type scions had influence on root rate (P〈0.05). Germinative had the best effect on transplanting, survival rate was 100% and height of seedling was 43.3 cm.
