摘 要:合成了一种含有β晶成核剂组分的新型Ziegler-Natta催化剂BFC,将该催化剂用于丙烯聚合,采用SEM和POM等分析手段对BFC催化剂及丙烯聚合物的形态进行了表征,研究了催化剂的丙烯聚合反应动力学及聚合温度和氢气浓度对催化剂性能的影响。实验结果表明,BFC催化剂催化丙烯聚合的动力学曲线呈现典型的"缓慢衰减"特征,适宜的成核剂含量可提高BFC催化剂的丙烯淤浆聚合活性,BFC催化剂的氢调敏感,所催化合成的聚合物数均相对分子质量可调性强。表征结果显示,BFC催化剂具有良好的类球形颗粒形态,催化丙烯聚合可获得具有颗粒形貌的聚丙烯粒子,催化剂中的成核剂微粒随着聚丙烯粒子的生长而分散于树脂基体中,并诱导β晶的生成。A novel Ziegler-Natta catalyst(BFC) containing β-nucleating agent component was synthesized and applied for polypropylene preparation. The morphology of catalysts as well as the polymers was measured by SEM and POM.The propylene polymerization kinetics was studied,and the influence of temperature and hydrogen concentration on the polymerization was investigated. It was found that the polymerization kinetics exhibited as slow-decay manner,and higher activity was achieved with catalysts containing relatively lower nucleating agent content. Moreover,high hydrogen responsibility was realized with these novel catalysts,which facilitated the control of polymer molecular weight. The novel catalysts with spherical-like morphology resulted in spherical polypropylene particles,with uniform dispersion of nucleating agent fragments in polypropylene resins through the in-reactor polymerization,followed by inducing the formation of β-crystal.
