摘  要:综述了近年来丙烯聚合催化剂体系外给电子体及外给电子体复配技术的研发进展。介绍了羧酸酯、硅烷、醚、杯芳烃等几类外给电子体与内给电子体配合使用的情况及对丙烯聚合反应和聚丙烯(PP)产品性能的影响,并对应用前景进行展望。按添加方式的不同,介绍了采用外给电子体复配及配套的工艺流程制备不同性能PP产品的方法和效果,展示了复配技术独特的优越性。Advances in the research of external electron donors for propylene polymerization catalysts and their composition were reviewed. The development of several kinds of the external electron donors,namely carboxylic esters,silanes,ethers and calixarene,which were used together with some internal electron donors,and their effects on the propylene polymerization and the performances of polypropylene(PP) products were introduced. The future applications of these donors were discussed. Based on the different feeding modes for the external electron donors,the approaches and results for the preparation of the PP products with different properties through the adoption of the composite external electron donors and the matching process flows were introduced,and the advantages of catalyst systems with the composite external electron donors were displayed.
