摘　　要：美军战时卫勤保障伴随着美军军事转型发生巨大改变,其转型代表了信息化战争条件下战时卫勤保障的发展方向和潮流,笔者在分析美军战时卫勤保障转型的背景与动因的基础上,梳理和分析了美军战时卫勤保障转型的基本脉络,该过程共经历了"萌芽阶段""理论与思想准备阶段"和"全面展开阶段",总结提出了美军战时卫勤保障转型的实质和趋势。The combat health service support in U. S. Army Forces has been greatly changed with the transformation of military, this transformation of combat health service support （HSS） represents the direction and trends of combat health service support development under condition of information age. After reviewing the environment and motivation of U.S. combat HSS transformation, this article analyzed the context of U.S. HSS transformation,in which the ＂infancy stage＂,the＂theory and ideological preparation stage＂ and ＂integrated development stage＂ have experienced, also summarizes the essence and trends of the U.S. HSS in wartime transformation,
