摘  要:研究摩擦因数设置方式对轮胎力和力矩的影响。结果显示:摩擦因数随接触压力变化能够影响轮胎纵向力幅值,并且对回正力矩峰值角度有影响;摩擦因数随滑移率变化能够影响轮胎纵向力曲线形状;侧翻力矩对摩擦因数的设置方式不敏感。本研究可为轮胎设计、车辆-轮胎配套分析和胎面配方设计提供指导。The effect of friction coefficient of tire on ground contact on the forces and moments of tire was investigated.The results showed that,the amplitude of longitudinal force and angle and the peak selfaligning torque were affected when the friction coefficient was set to be dependent on contact pressure.The curve of longitudinal force was changed when the friction coefficient was set to be dependent on slip velocity. However,the overturning moment was insensitive to friction coefficient.The research provided guidance for tire design,vehicle-tire matching analysis and tread formulation design.
