增硬补强剂在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶中的应用

摘　　要：研究增硬补强剂在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶中的应用。结果表明:胎肩垫胶中增硬补强剂的用量为1.5份,同时减小炭黑的用量,胶料的抗硫化返原性能显著提高,胶料的硫化特性和硫化胶的物理性能变化不大,硫化胶的压缩生热降低,成品轮胎耐久性能提高。The application of hardening filler in the shoulder wedge compound of truck and bus radial tire was investigated. The results showed that,when the addition level of hardening filler was 1. 5 phr and the addition level of carbon black decreased appropriately,the anti-reversion property of the compound was significantly improved,the curing behavior of the compound and physical properties of the vulcanizates changed little,the compression heat build-up decreased,and the endurance performance of the finished tire was improved.
