摘 要:目的:探究蝇蛆耐高温抗氧化蛋白对离体蛙心活动性的影响。方法:利用离体蛙心灌流实验,以心率和心收缩力为指标,研究不同浓度蝇蛆耐高温抗氧化蛋白提取液、0.1%阿托品、0.1%阿托品+极高浓度蝇蛆耐高温抗氧化蛋白提取液混合液对心脏活动性的影响。结果:不同浓度蝇蛆耐高温抗氧化蛋白提取液、阿托品、阿托品+蝇蛆提取液处理的离体蛙心的心率差值与正常对照组相比均无显著性差异(P>0.05);一定浓度的蝇蛆耐高温抗氧化蛋白提取液处理后的离体蛙心心收缩力差值与正常对照组相比均有极显著性下降(P<0.01),且呈现出心收缩力随提取液浓度增大逐渐降低趋势;阿托品、阿托品+蝇蛆提取液处理的心收缩力差值与正常对照组相比均无显著性差异(P>0.05);阿托品+蝇蛆提取液处理的蛙心收缩力与单独的蝇蛆取液处理相比有极显著性下降(P<0.01)。结论:家蝇蝇蛆耐高温抗氧化蛋白提取液对心率没有显著影响,对心收缩力有显著抑制作用且这些抑制作用存在量效关系,其抑制心收缩力的机制与M受体系统有关。表明本产品在降低血压、缓解心绞痛以及开发牲畜心血管治疗药物方面具有重要的应用价值。Objective: To primarily discuss the influence of thermostability antioxidant protein extract from housefly maggot oil cardiomotility and its mechanism of action through isolated frog heart perfusion experiment. Method: Taking the heart rate and heart contraction as the heart indicators, study the effect of different concentration of thermostability antioxidant protein extract from housefly maggot, 0.1% Atropine and the mixture of 0.1% Atropine and very high concentration of thermostability antioxidant protein extract from housefly maggot on cardiomotility. Result: The results show that there were no significant differences on the heart rate between each experimental group and normal control group(P〉0.05). Certain concentrations ofthermostability antioxidant protein extract from housefly maggot were significantly lower than that of normal control group on the difference of heart contraction(P〈0.01), which also presented the heart contraction amplitude gradually decreased with the increase of the concentration of thermostability antioxidant protein extract from housefly maggot. Both the difference of heart contraction of Atropine and Atropin+very high thermostability antioxidant protein extract from housefly maggot concentration were no significant than that of normal control group on tile difference of heart contraction(P〉0.05). Atropin+very high themlostability antioxidant protein extract from housefly maggot were significantly lower than the very high thermostability antioxidant protein extract from housefly maggot oil the difference of heart contraction (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Antioxidant protein with thermostability extract from housefly maggot has no effects on heart rate, and it has certain inhibitory effect on heart contraction. Dose-effect relationship can be figured out in the inhibiting effect. The inhibiting effect on heart contraction may be accomplished through muscarinic chotinergic receptors system.
