摘 要:研究中药肾脏毒性与四气、五味及归经的关系。以专著和文献中报道的肾脏毒性中药及一般中药为研究对象,以《中药大辞典》记载的药性理论为主要依据,用χ~2检验统计分析肾脏毒性中药的四气、五味及归经分布规律,并分析其相关性。结果显示肾脏毒性中药四气顺序依次为:温性、寒性>热、凉、平性,一般中药四气顺序依次为:热性、凉性>温性、寒性>平性。肾脏毒性中药五味分布规律顺序依次为:苦味、辛味>甘味>酸味、咸味,一般中药五味分布规律顺序依次为:苦味、甘味>辛味>酸、咸味。肾脏毒性中药归经顺序依次为:肝经>肺、肾、大肠、心、脾、胃经>三焦、膀胱、胆、小肠、心包经,一般中药归经顺序依次为:肝经>肺、肾、心、脾、胃经>大肠经>膀胱经>胆、小肠、三焦、心包经。结果表明肾脏毒性中药及一般中药在四气、五味及归经方面都有明显的差别。肾脏毒性中药与一般中药之间的四气、五味及归经分布也存在明显的差别。To analyze the correlations between nephrotoxicity and four properties, five tastes and channel tropism. Chinese herbs with nephrotoxicity and general Chinese herbs were regarded as the research objects, which were collected from published reports and monographs. The property theories were referred to〈Dictionary, of Chinese Materia Medica〉. The regularities of four properties, five tastes, and channel tropism of Chinese herbs with nephrotoxicity, and the correlations between nephrotoxicity and property theories of Chinese herbs were analyzed through χ^2 test. The order in tbur properties of Chinese herbs with nephrotoxicity was warm and cold 〉 hot, cool and neutral, but the order of general Chinese herbs was hot and cool 〉 warm and cold 〉 neutral. The order in five tastes of Chinese herbs with nephrotoxicity was bitter and acrid 〉 sweet 〉 sour and salty, but the order of general Chinese herbs was bitter and sweet 〉 acrid 〉 sour and salty The order in channel tropism of Chinese herbs with nephrotoxicity was liver〉lung, kidney, large intestine, Heart, spleen and stomach〉triple energizer meridian, bladder, gallbladder, small intestine and pericardium, but the order of general Chinese herbs was liver〉lung, kidney, heart, spleen and stomach〉large intestine〉 bladder〉gallbladder, small intestine, triple energizer meridian and pericardium. The differences in terms of four properties, five tastes and channel tropism of Chinese herbs with nephrotoxicity or general Chinese herbs were obvious(P〈0.05).
