摘  要:采用一步溶剂热合成法在石墨纸上制备了镍钴硫化物。利用X射线衍射光谱(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对制备的材料进行了表征。采用循环伏安和恒电流充放电法对其电化学性能进行了测试。在1 mA cm^(-2)的电流密度下,测得的质量比电容为1347F g^(-1)。在电流密度为10 mA·cm^(-2)下,经过3000圈的循环稳定性测试后,比电容保持了原来的74%。将制备的材料作为正极,活性炭作为负极,组装了非对称超级电容器,其能量密度和功率密度为21 Wh kg^(-1)和3.58 kW kg^(-1)。Nickel cobalt sulfide was supported on graphite sheet by a facile solvothermal synthesis method. The properties of the film was characterized by X-ray ditTraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and galvanostatic charge-discharge measurement were also employed to test the electrochemical performances of the film as electrode material of supercapacitor. The electrode presenteda a specific capacitance 1298 F g^-1 at charge and discharge current density of 1 mA cm^-2. After 3000 cycles tests, it retains 74% of the its initial capacitance. What's more, the as-prepared NiCo2S4 as positive electrode and commercial active carbon as negative electrode were assembled an asymmetric supercapacitor, which exhibited an energy density of 21 Wh kg^-1 and power density of 3.58 kW kg^-1.
