摘　　要：透明聚酰亚胺薄膜作为光电器件柔性基板材料的首选材料,由于其优异的透明性、耐热稳定性、质轻等优点,成为聚酰亚胺材料行业内的研究重点。本文从专利角度,结合现有市场信息,通过检索、统计与分析,梳理出申请量态势、地域分布、关键技术、重要专利、重要申请人等信息,为相关人员了解聚酰亚胺透明薄膜相关专利技术的发展状况提供参考。Transparent polyimide films are used in the flexible substrates of optoelectronic devices as the first choice. With its outstanding transparency, thermal stability and lightweight properties, transparent polyimide films have became the research locus in the industry. From the perspective of patent, this paper has integrated marketing situations, teased out the information of application tendency, geographical distribution, key technology, important patents, principal applicants in the field of transparent polyimide films through information retrieval, statistics and analysis. References are provided for the related personnel to understand the development status of patent technology of polyimide transparent films.
