摘　　要：本实验阐述了不同方法对提取女贞子中齐墩果酸含量的影响。通过线性关系试验、精密度试验、重复性试验、稳定性试验、加样回收率试验的检验。采用浸渍提取法、回流提取法和超声波提取的方法考察不同提取方法对女贞子中齐墩果酸含量提取的影响,采用紫外-分光光度法测定其含量,其结果为采用超声波提取法,齐墩果酸提取率最大,所得女贞子中齐墩果酸含量约为2.32%。The experiment elaborates on the effects of different methods on extracting oleanolic acid from Ligustrum lucidum Ait. Through linear relation experiment, precision experiment, repeatability experiment, stability experiment and experiment for recovery of the added index. Using immersion extraction, reflux extraction and ultrasonic extraction method to examine different methods for extracting oleanolic acid content in fructus ligustri lucidi, The content was determined by uv-spectrophotometry, The optimal condition to extract rutin is： ultrasonic extraction, The extraction rate of oleanolic acid was the largest, and the content of oleanolic acid in the female chasers was about 2.20 %.
