摘 要:鉴于整车内各种非金属材料所散发的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)已成为车内环境污染主要来源,我国已发布《乘用车内空气质量评价指南》(GB/T 27630-2011)以对其中8种典型有害物质进行管控。但因VOC的组成种类复杂,因此汽车行业也普遍采用气味评价试验辅以监控。鉴于整车VOC检测与气味评价在研究对象和研究目的上互有异同,本文对不同车型分别进行整车VOC检测和气味评价试验,研究了二者之间的相关性,可作为国内整车制造商对汽车车内空气质量的控制指标建立、测试方法的改进提供相关技术支持,共同推动我国汽车车内空气质量的持续进步。Considering the volatile organic compounds (VOC) emitted by various non-metallic materials in the vehicle, it has become the main source of environmental pollution in the vehicle, China has published the guideline for the air quality assessment of passenger car (GB/T 27630-2011 ) that exercise strict control over eight typical hazardous substances. Since the composition and species of the volatile organic compounds (VOC) are complex, the odor test has been widely used in the automobile industry. In consideration of the similarities and differences between vehicle's VOC test and odor test, this article mainly studies the result of relativity between vehicle's VOC test and odor test from different vehicle types and this can be used in improving the indexes of air quality assessment of passenger car and testing technology Ibr Chinese vehicle manufacturer, drive the in-car air quality of china for sustained progress.
