摘 要:利用溶胶-凝胶结合溶剂置换-逐级干燥技术制备了多孔SiO_2/TiO_2复合催化剂,以亚甲基蓝为模拟污染物考察了纳米TiO_2含量和煅烧温度对复合催化剂的光催化性能的影响。结果表明,当纳米TiO_2的添加量为正硅酸乙酯质量的40%,煅烧温度为400℃时,多孔SiO_2/TiO_2复合催化剂光催化亚甲基蓝脱色率最高可达67%,与商用纳米TiO_2催化剂P25的71%的脱色率相差无几。而且,该复合催化剂相较P25具有更好的可重复利用性能,经十次循环催化后其脱色率仍可达58%。此外,当使用中出现有机物污染复合催化剂情况时,简单煅烧即可实现复合催化剂的再生。p-SiO2/TiO2 composite photocatalysts were prepared by sol-gel method and ambient pressure drying technology and then characterized by photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue. The results indicated that the p-SiO2/TiO2 composite photocatalyst, which was prepared with 40 % nano-TiO2 -P25 and annealed under 400 ℃ for 2 h, showed the highest photocatalysts activity for methylene blue degradation. There was 67 % of methylene blue degraded by p-SiO2/TiO2 -40 % composite photocatalysts, which was close with the 71% methylene blue degradation rate used P25. Moreover, the p-SiO2/TiO2-40 % composite photocatalysts exhibited better reusable performance then the P25 in cyclic photocatalyzing tests. The contaminated catalyst could regenerate easily by calcination.
