摘　　要：小柴胡汤在现代临床多用于各种发热、急慢性支气管炎、胸膜炎、急慢性肝炎、肝硬化、胃炎、肿瘤等疾病,是日本现代国家药典中首位被认可的中药汉方制剂,本文旨在通过收集、整理、分析日本主要生产企业对小柴胡复方的专利申请数据,总结其专利技术的特点、现状、专利布局情况和发展趋势,探讨研发侧重点和申请趋势,以期为后续国内申请人在研发方向、专利布局等方面提供参考。Shosaikoto is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine which is recognized as the first Chinese medicine in the modem state pharmacopoeia of Japan. This paper summarizes the characteristics, current situation, patent layout and development trend of the patented technology of shosaikoto of the main production enterprise of Japan, in the direction of R ＆ D, patent layout and other aspects for reference.
