“形神一体观”双心疾病临床应用的现状分析

摘　　要：双心医学是心身医学的一个重要分支部分,又称为行为心脏病学,是研究与处理和心脏疾病相关的情绪、社会环境及行为问题的科学。目前对于双心疾病的临床诊疗仍处于相对不完善阶段,且尚无统一治疗标准,新的治疗方法亟待探索发现;中医形神一体观理论实现了对疾病从生理到心理认知的改观,以之为主导思想的中医诊疗方法值得在临床中广泛推广。Double heart medicine is an important branch of psychosomatic medicine, also known as behavioral cardiology, and is research and treatment of heart diseases and related emotions, social environment and behavior problems. The clinical diagnosis and treatment of double heart disease is still in a relatively imperfect stage, and there is no unified standard of treatment. A new treatment method needs to be explored. The holism body and spirit of TCM achieved a change in the disease from the physical to psychological cognition. The traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment method based on it is worth popularizing in clinic.
