中西医结合介入治疗成年股骨头坏死围术期护理

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合介入治疗成年股骨头缺血性坏死的护理方法。方法对36例成年股骨头缺血性坏死患者在介入前给予心理护理及健康指导,同时做好围手术期各种护理,术后指导患者下肢功能锻炼。结果本组髋关节疼痛症状基本消失或明显减轻,患侧肢体活动功能均有不同程度改善。结论中西医结合介入治疗成年人股骨头缺血性坏死可明显改善股骨头血液供应及临床症状,完善的围术期护理,对提高疗效、减少并发症至关重要。Objective To explore the nursing method of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine intervention in the treatment of adult avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Methods 36 cases of adult patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head were given psychological nursing and health guidance before intervention. At the same time, patients were given perioperative care and postoperative guidance of lower limb functional exercise. Results In this group, the symptoms of hip pain disappeared or decreased significantly, and the activities of the injured limbs were improved to some extent. Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of adult avascular necrosis of the femoral head can significantly improve the blood supply of the femoral head and clinical symptoms, perioperative care. It is very important to improve the curative effect and reduce complications.
