马钱子外用治疗周围性面瘫的文献分析

摘　　要：收集1990—2015年国内公开发表的治疗周围性面瘫的以马钱子为主药的贴敷方剂及穴位,共纳入相关文献21篇,涉及应用外治的主穴或部位共计22个,配穴6个,其中穴位21个,部位1个,穴位组方最少为1个,最多为10个,排名前5位穴位依次为:颊车(8次)、下关(7次)、地仓(6次)、翳风(3次)、牵正(3次);21篇文章中采用对照研究的为9篇,不足1/2,且大都未严格采用随机对照方法。可知目前马钱子应用于周围性面瘫治疗中的文献较少,且多为低质量研究,缺乏设计严谨合理的大样本随机对照试验。Publicly published acupoints and decoctions, nux vomica as basis, for application to treat the peripheral facial paralysis from 1990 to 2015 were collected. 21 pertinent literatures were found totally, involving 22 main acupoints （or regions） and 6 coordinating acupoints treated externally： 21 acupoints and 1 region, at least 1 acupoint and 10 at most for acupoints prescription. Jiache （ST6） , Xiaguan （ST7） , Dicang （ST4）, Yifeng （SJ17）, Qianzheng （EX） rank the top 5 among all the selection of acupoints, 8, 7, 6, 3, 3 times mentioned respectively. Among the 21 literatures, 9 papers used control study which is less than 1/2, and the majority had no strictly randomized. The conclusion is that we lack clinical researches of peripheral facial paralysis treatment by using nux vomica at present （mostly clinical researches） , and also lack rigorous and reasonable design of large sample randomized controlled study.
