摘　　要：立足"性能驱动"设计思维蓬勃兴起的时代背景,阐释了既有建筑信息建模技术革新需求,提出了动态建筑信息建模技术理念,从参数化控制建模、多层级信息关联关系建构及跨平台交互接口建构3方面论述了动态建筑信息建模过程,并以Autodesk Revit平台为例,展开了动态建筑信息建模实践。Reviewing the historical background of the prosperity of performance-driven design theory, the paper demonstrates the reasons to innovate the existed BIM techniques and conceptualizes the idea of dynamic BIM techniques. It explicates the process of dynamic building information modeling from three aspects： parametric controlling, multi-level information of correlation and cross-platform interactive interface, as exemplified in the practice of dynamic building information modeling using Autodesk Revit platform.
