建设党内政治生态需要发展党内民主

摘　　要：党内政治生态建设需要党内民主培育合格的主体、提供良好的制度保障和规范的程序。目前中国共产党党内政治生态建设面临着突出问题,主要体现为:部分党员干部理想信念淡薄,偏离了党内政治价值航向;"一把手"权力过于集中,制约了党内政治生态的健康发展;党内监督体制机制不健全,阻碍了风清气正党内政治生态目标的实现;党员主体权利虚化,党内政治生态建设主体性动力不足。要破解党内政治生态建设面临的问题,需要加强党员干部的理想信念教育,科学配置党内权力,建立健全党内监督机制,激活党内政治生态建设的主体动力。Within the Party＇s political ecological construction, it is necessary to cultivate qualified subjects and provide good sys-tem guarantee and standard procedures. Problems of the Party＇s political ecological construction： part of the Party cadres, faith is weak, to disrupt the political value heading the party; the power is too concentrated in the first in command, restrict the healthy development of Party＇s political environment; mechanism of inner-party supervision system is not perfect, hinder the delicate gas and the political ecological objectives; main rights of the Party members is empty, subjectivity of the political Party＇s ecological construction is of the shortage of power. To get rid of the political ecological construction difficulties, we need to strengthen the ideal faith education of the Party members and cadres, scientific allocation of power within the party, establish and improve the supervision mechanism, to activate the subject dynamic of the Party＇s political ecological construction.
