农村产业融合与美丽乡村建设的耦合机制研究

摘　　要：农村产业融合与美丽乡村建设是当前我国农村经济社会发展的重要战略,二者存在耦合关系。农村产业融合可为美丽乡村建设提供产业支撑,有助于乡村环境治理,可提升村民的文明素养;美丽乡村建设为产业融合发展提供便利条件和充足的人力资源,有利于吸引、留住人才;二者耦合的理想形态是产村融合。从山东省D村产业融合与美丽乡村建设耦合发展的历程来看,村民获益、村庄的产业支撑、善于借力及村庄带头人的作用是二者良性互动发展的有力保障。The integration of rural industry and the construction of beautiful rural areas both are important strategies for the devel-opment of rural economic and social development in China. There is a coupling relationship between the two systems. The integration of rural industry can provide industry support for the construction of beautiful rural areas, and contribute to rural environmental govern-ance. It can also enhance the civilized accomplishment of the villagers. The construction of beautiful rural areas provides convenient conditions and abundant human resources for industrial integration; and it is conducive to attracting and retaining talents. The ideal form of coupling is the fusion of the village. From the development course of D village in Shandong province, the villagers＇ benefit, the industrial support, borrowing of social power and the village leader＇s role are strong guarantees for the healthy interaction of the two sys-tems.
