摘　　要：陂塘是一种很有特色的水体,具有水利灌溉、生态保护和景观美学等多方面的功能,在人们的生产、生活中发挥了重要作用。在快速城市化的背景下,城市建设应该借鉴发达国家、我国台湾地区及内地在陂塘系统建设方面有益的实践经验,充分挖掘和发挥其功用,用尊重自然、顺应自然和可持续发展的理念积极应对城市水生态环境面临的诸多问题,为新时期建设海绵城市、实现可持续性生态开发提供有效的思路和措施。Beitang is a unique type of water body and has many functions, such as irrigation, ecological protection and landscape aesthetics. It plays an important role in people＇s production and life. In the context of rapid urbanization, we should learn beneficial experiences from the developed countries, China’s Taiwan region and the Beitang system in the urban water ecological environment with the idea of respect tor nature,compliance with nature and provide effective measures and ideas for the construction of sponge city and lowimpact development in the new period.
