摘　　要：目的:探讨人感染H5N6禽流感重症患者医院感染预防和控制措施的可行性及效果。方法:针对收治的1例人感染H5N6禽流感重症患者,按照相关预防与控制技术指引,通过侵入性操作管理、人员防护、患者管理、空气与环境表面消毒等环节实施医院感染的预防和控制措施。结果:所有密切接触的医务人员、其他住院患者及其家属均未出现异常,未发生院内交叉感染。结论:针对人感染H5N6禽流感患者、接触人员及治疗环境等严格执行消毒隔离制度,实施正确的医院感染预防和控制措施,可有效地防止院内感染,从而阻断疾病传播。Objective: To discuss the feasibility and effect of hospital infection and control measures for critical patients with human infected H5N6 avian influenza. Methods: Prevention and control measures for hospital infection were taken for 1 critical patient with human infected H5N6 avian influenza admitted according to relevant prevention and control technology guidance,and through invasive operation management,personnel protection,patient management,air and environmental surface sterilization,the prevention of infection in the hospital and control measures were implemented. Results: All medical personnel with close contact,other hospitalized patient and their family members had no abnormality,without hospital cross infection. Conclusion: Strictly implementing sterilization isolation system and implementing correct hospital infection prevention and control measures for the patients infected with H5N6 avian influenza,contacting personnel and treatment environment etc. could effectively prevent hospital infection,so as to block the transmission of diseases.
