成年斜视患者的生存质量状况及其与心理弹性的关系

摘　　要：目的:调查成年斜视患者的生存质量状况及其与心理弹性的关系,为提高斜视患者身心健康提供参考依据。方法:采取方便抽样的方法,选取我院就诊的122例斜视患者为研究对象,采用中文版成人斜视患者生存质量量表(CAS-20)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)对研究对象进行调查。结果:斜视患者的生存质量得分为(58.97±13.90)分,心理弹性总分为(57.70±12.01)分,都处于较低水平;心理弹性高分组生存质量得分及各维度得分显著高于心理弹性低分组(P<0.05);且相关分析显示斜视患者生存质量与心理弹性及其各维度呈显著正相关(r值分别为0.855、0.743、0.824,P<0.01)。结论 :成年斜视患者的心理弹性能够影响其生存质量,心理弹性为患者生存质量的重要影响因素,后续的研究可以考虑从心理弹性角度出发来改善患者生存质量。Objective: To investigate the relationship between the quality of life and the psychological elasticity of adult patients with strabismus,and to provide reference for improving the physical and mental health of patients with strabismus. Methods: A total of 122 patients with strabismus were selected as the study subjects by convenient sampling method. The subjects were investigated by Chinese adult strabismus questionnaire( CAS-20) and Connor-Davidson resilience scale( CD-RISC). Results: The score of quality of life of patients with strabismus was( 58. 97 ± 13. 90) points and the total score of psychological elasticity was( 57. 70 ± 12. 01) points,which were at a low level. The score of quality of life and the score of each dimension in the high scores group were significantly higher than that of group with low psychological elasticity( P < 0. 05). The correlation analysis showed that the quality of life of patients with strabismus was positively correlated with psychological elasticity and their dimensions( r = 0. 855,r = 0. 743,r = 0. 824,P < 0. 01). Conclusion: The psychological elasticity of adult with strabismus can affect the quality of life and the psychological elasticity of the patients. The follow-up study can consider improving the quality of life of patients from the perspective of psychological elasticity.
