护理专案在降低骨科外来手术器械清洗不合格率中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :通过护理专案活动降低骨科外来器械清洗不合格率。方法:成立护理专案小组,通过现况和要因分析,确立"降低骨科外来器械清洗不合格率"为活动主题,结合工作实际将改善目标定为清洗不合格率<3%,制定对策并组织实施。结果:骨科外来器械清洗不合格率由护理专案实施前的9.12%下降至2.20%,达到护理专案改善目标。结论:针对骨科外来器械清洗质量问题开展护理专案改善活动,有效降低了清洗不合格率,提高了护理工作质量。Objective: To reduce the failure rate of external medical instrument cleaning in department of orthopedics by nursing project activity. Methods:Nursing project team was established and through the status quo and main reasons analysis the theme of ' reduction of failure rate of external medical instrument cleaning in department of orthopedics' for the activities was established. Combined with the actual work the improve target was set as a cleaning failure rate of less than 3% and countermeasures were developed and implemented. Results: The failure rate of external medical instrument cleaning in department of orthopedics was reduced from 9. 12% before the implementation of the nursing project to 2. 20%,which reached the target of nursing project improvement. Conclusion: Regarding the problems of eternal medical instrument cleaning in department of orthopedics,the improvement nursing project can improve the quality of cleaning effectively and the quality of nursing work.
