供应室工作人员烫伤原因分析与对策

摘　　要：目的:总结供应室工作人员烫伤原因,并采取相应的对策,从而为预防烫伤提供经验。方法:选取我院供应室2014年6月~2016年6月发生的烫伤事件20起,涉及工作人员5名,均为女性,对工作人员的烫伤原因进行总结分析,并提出相应的对策,如加强防护意识和规范化管理;合理安排人力资源;制定规范的操作流程等。结果:发生烫伤主要是由于工作人员违反操作制度、预防意识差、注意力不集中、人力资源缺乏以及压力蒸汽灭菌器温度偏高(132~134℃)等因素所致,加强烫伤预防管理后,发生烫伤1次(1名);烫伤认知度为知道4名、部分知道1名;伤口处理全部知道;预防措施为全部知道。结论:在工作过程中供应室工作人员应严格按照规范技术进行操作,加强防护意识,并采取相应的预防措施,从而避免烫伤事件的发生,保证工作人员的人身安全。Objective: To summarize the reason for scalding of staff in the supply room and take corresponding countermeasures,so as to provide experience for the prevention of scalding. Methods: Selected 20 scalding events in supply room of our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016,involving 5 staff,all of whom were female. A summary analysis was made on the reason for scalding of staff,and the corresponding measures were taken,such as strengthening protection awareness and regulated management,arranging human resources reasonably and establishing regulated operation process. Results: Scalding was mainly caused by the staff's violation of operation rules,poor preventive consciousness,non-concentration,lack of human resources and high temperature( 132-134℃) of pressure steam sterilizer,and after strengthening scalding prevention management,1 scalding event occurred( 1 staff); 4 staff knew the cognition degree of scalding and 1 staff partially knew it; all staff knew how to treat the wound and all staff knew the preventive measures. Conclusion: During work,staff in the supply room should strictly follow the regulations in operation,strengthen prevention awareness and take corresponding preventive measures,so as to prevent the occurring of scalding events and ensure the personal safety of staff.
