摘 要:探讨了油色谱分析方法在实际运行的变压器故障诊断中的应用。首先采用特征气体法、发热放电(TD)图法以及三比值法相结合的方法判断故障类别,再对故障点热源温度进行估算,最后根据绝缘油的绝对产气速率确定故障的严重程度以判断是否需要变压器停运检修。对变压器停运并吊芯检查后的故障情况与油色谱分析法所得结论一致,表明所提方法是一种简单、有效、准确的变压器故障诊断方法。This paper discusses application of oil chromatography analysis in transformer fault diagnosis. It firstly adopts a method combining characteristic gas method, TD method and three ratio method to judge fault categories, secondly esti-mates heat source temperature of fault points and finally determines whether it is necessary for outage and maintenance for the transformer according to severity of the fault determined by absolute gas production rate of insulating oil. Actual fault condition of the transformer affirmed by examination is in accordance with conclusion from oil chromatography analysis method, which indicates that this method is simple, effective and accurate in transformer fault diagnosis.
