摘 要:幕形密肋网壳是由密肋平板在脊线处汇交构成的新型混凝土空间结构,为了解其力学性能,通过有限元建模分析了结构在竖向荷载下屋面板参与工作和不参与工作时结构的内力分布,并讨论结构矢跨比、脊线刚度、密肋梁刚度、边梁刚度对结构内力和挠度的影响。分析表明:脊线是结构的主要传力构件,且屋面板对控制结构的刚度是有利的;矢跨比对结构最大挠度的影响较显著,并且随着矢跨比降低结构内力增加,建议结构矢跨比宜为1/6~1/4;脊线刚度变化除对自身内力影响较大外,对结构整体刚度和其他构件内力影响较小,建议脊线截面高度按跨度的1/40~1/25取值;加强密肋梁刚度对降低结构最大挠度和改善结构内力分布具有一定的作用,建议密肋截面高度可取跨度的1/45~1/30;提高边梁刚度会显著降低结构的最大挠度,但会导致自身内力大幅度增大,建议边梁截面高度取跨度的1/30~1/20,所得结论可为工程应用提供参考。The folded-plate ribbed shell is a new type of spatial grid concrete structure which is formed by ribbed slabs. A finite element analysis on the static behavior of the structure roof under vertical loads was carried out,The influence of height-to-span ratio and rigidity of the ridge,ribbed beam and side beam on the internal force and deflection of the structure was discussed. Ridge is veryimportant for the transfer of internal force,and the stiffness of the roof panel benefits the structure rigidity. The height-to-span ratio significantly influences the maximum deflection of the structure,and with the increase of height-to-span ratio,the structural internal force reduces. The height-to-span is suggested to be 1/6 to 1/4. The stiffness change of ridge line only affects its own internal force and has little effect on the rigidity of the structure and the internal force of other members. Therefore,the rise to span ratio is suggested to be 1/40 to 1/25. The strengthening of ribs reduces the maximum deflection of the structure and plays a certain role in improving the internal force distribution.Therefore,the section height of rib can be taken as 1/45 to 1/30 of the roof span. Improving the rigidity of side beam will significantly reduce the maximum deflection of the structure but lead to dramatic increase of its own internal force. Therefore,the ratio of sectional height to span of the side beam is suggested to be 1/30 ~ 1/20. The conclusion gives some reference to practical project.
