摘 要:为了确定沥青搅拌站合理的供料半径,通过对搅拌站设置费与运输费的相关参数和变量分析,确定了最小成本目标函数;基于混合料温降和工期等多因素约束条件,建立了最小成本数学模型,并提出搅拌站供料半径的确定方法;以某高速公路面层沥青混合料施工为例,对于平均速度30 km/h的运输车,在保温效果良好(沥青混合料温降系数为0.2℃/min)时,得出合理运距不宜大于18.1 km(供料半径主要决定于经济成本);在保温效果较差(沥青混合料温降系数为0.4℃/min)时,合理运距不宜大于12.5 km(供料半径主要决定于施工温度)。In order to determine the reasonable supply radius of asphalt mixing plants,the parameter and variables related to building and transportation cost of mixing plants were analyzed,and the objective function for the minimum cost was obtained. On the basis of several constraint conditions,such as the temperature drop of mixture and project duration,a mathematical model for the minimum cost was established,and the method to determine the supply radius was put forward. Based on a highway asphalt mixture pavement project,for the vehicles with the average speed of 30 km/h,the reasonable supply radius should not be longer than 18. 1 km( the supply radius mainly depends on the economic costs). In the condition of good insulation( the temperature drop coefficient is 0. 2 ℃/min) or poor insulation( the temperature drop coefficient is 0. 4 ℃/min),the reasonable supply radius should not be longer than 12. 5 km( the supply radius mainly depends on the constructiontemperature).
