摘 要:为了搞清楚玻璃钢夹砂管涵洞在填土和汽车荷载下的力学特性,设计了野外现场试验,就路基填筑和交通荷载下管涵的受力特性进行研究,并利用ANSYS WORKBENCH进行数值模拟。数值模拟和试验结果显示:在各种工况下涵管顶部的轴向应变最大,随着填土和载重汽车荷载的增加,管涵轴向应变、应力呈现非线性变化趋势,涵管各测点在工况3(0.5 m+60 t载重汽车)状态下应变量基本均呈现最大值,而在工况4(0.8 m+20 t载重汽车)状态下各测点均呈现最小值;涵管竖向变形均大于水平方向,并且受填土和汽车荷载两方面因素影响;最后,就研究结果对玻璃钢夹砂管设计和施工提出建议。In order to reveal the mechanical properties of fiber reinforced plastic mortar( FRPM)pipe culvert under filling soil and vehicle loads,the mechanical properties of FRPM culvert were measured by a full-scale field test and simulated with ANSYS Workbench. Results show that the longitudinal strain at the top of the culvert is the largest under various conditions; that the stress distribution of pipe culvert varies non-linearly with the increase of filling soil and truck load; that the strain of pipe culvert under working condition 3( filling soil of 0. 5 m plus vehicle load of 60 t) is the largest while it is the smallest under working condition 4( filling soil of 0. 8 m plus vehicle load of 20 t); that the vertical deformation is larger than the horizontal one,which is affected by both filling soil and vehicle loads; that the stress increases more under low filling soil than that under high filling soil. According to the results,design and construction measures of FRPM are proposed.
