摘  要:为了探究再生粗骨料预湿率对混凝土抗压强度的影响,本文采用人工预湿再生粗骨料的方法改变再生粗骨料的预湿状态,通过比较混凝土的抗压强度,研究再生粗骨料预湿率对保温混凝土和再生混凝土抗压强度的影响规律。研究结果表明,再生粗骨料取代率为50%时,再生保温混凝土和再生混凝土的抗压强度随着再生粗骨料预湿率的增加而降低,且再生混凝土的下降幅度大于再生保温混凝土;再生粗骨料取代率为100%时,再生保温混凝土和再生混凝土的抗压强度随着再生粗骨料的预湿率的增加而提高,且再生保温混凝土的上升幅度远大于再生混凝土。In order to explore the influence of the amount of water used in pre-wetting recycled coarse aggregate( RCA) on the compressed strength of concrete,artificial pre-wetting RCA was used to change the pre-wetting condition of RCA,and the compressed strength of glazed hollow beads thermal insulation concrete( TIC) and recycled coarse aggregate concrete( RAC) was tested.Relationship between the amount of water used in pre-wetting RCA and concrete compressed strength was showed in this paper. Test results show that the compressed strength of both TIC and RAC reduces with the increase of water used in pre-wetting RCA,and the compressed strength reduction of the RAC is larger than that of the recycled coarse aggregate thermal insulation concrete( RATIC)when the replacement ratio of RCA is 50%; that,when the RCA replacement ratio is 100%,thecompressed strength increases with the increase of water used in pre-wetting RCA,and RATIC has the greater change.
