大学生创业精神的培养途径探究

摘　　要：创业的本质在于创新,而创新则需要突破。从本质上讲,创业精神的培养就是要在培育创新型人才上下功夫。大学生是步入社会,并在社会中发挥中间力量的一个关键群体,他们是引领未来经济社会发展的主要因素。因此,只有提前介入,帮助大学生树立创新意识、提高创新能力,使其在出身社会后具备应有的创业精神,拥有自主创业、走向社会的本领。Entrepreneurship means innovation and innovation means a breakthrough. This training is to train the innovative talents. Only when college students posses the entrepreneurial spirit,we can cultivate students＇ innovative consciousness,creative spirit and entrepreneurial ability,and after that the college graduation will participate in entrepreneurship independently in order to adapt to the community. This paper attempts to explore and study the meaning,significance and training ways of entrepreneurial spirit,to understand clearly the value orientation of college students,and then to improve the students＇ entrepreneurial enthusiasm,promote the implementation of the training program of college students＇ entrepreneurship,and help to improve the success rate of college students＇ entrepreneurship.
