探讨手术室护理在合并糖尿病患者术后切口感染预防中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究分析合并糖尿病患者术后感染使用手术室内护理进行预防的临床效果。方法 2013年11月—2015年11月该院对112例合并糖尿病患者进行了研究分析,将患者分成对照组和观察组,对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用常规护理和手术室内护理。观察患者术后的切感染发生情况和并发症情况,对两组结果进行比较分析。结果两组患者接受不同护理方式,观察组的术后切口感染率是3.57%,对照组的切口感染率是25.00%;观察组术后感染合并发症发生率是5.36%,对照组是23.21%;观察组患者的护理满意度是96.43%,对照组患者的护理满意度是83.93%,两组结果对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室内护理能够降低合并糖尿病患者手术后切口感染的几率,提升临床医疗水平,提升医院医疗质量,减少患者手术时间,患者的生活质量显著提升。Objective This pap er tries to study and analyze the clinical effect of operation room nursing in postoperative in -fection prevention in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 112 patients with diabetes mellitus from November 2013 to November 2015 in this hospital were analyzed and divided into the control group and observation group, and the control group adopted routine nursing, the observation group adopted routine nursing care and operating room n u rsin g. The in ci-dence of postoperative infection and complications were observed and analyzed. The resul ts of the two groups were com-pared and analyzed. Results The two groups adopted different nursing methods, postoperative incision infection rate of the observation group was 3.57%, and that of the control group was 25.00%; the infection postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 5.36%, and that of the control group was 23.21%; the nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.43%, and that in control group was 83.93%, results of the two groups were statist ical ly different （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Operation room nursing c an reduce incision of postoperative wound infection in patients with diabetes, improve the level of medical care and medical quali ty, reduce the operation time of the patients, and significantly improve the quality of patients＇ life.
