替格瑞洛结合通心络胶囊治疗老年糖尿病并急性心肌梗死临床分析及护理措施

摘　　要：目的分析替格瑞洛结合通心络胶囊治疗老年糖尿病并急性心肌梗死疗效及护理。方法选128例老年糖尿病并急性心肌梗死,随机分两组,疗法相同,但对照组不予护理干预,试验组综合护理干预,对比两组效果。结果治疗及护理后,试验组LVEF、LVEDD水平、并发症发生率均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论替格瑞洛结合通心络胶囊治疗老年糖尿病并急性心肌梗死同时辅以综合护理干预能显著改善患者临床指标,可有效降低患者并发症发生率,有助于改善患者的临床治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective This pap er tries to analyze the clinical effect and nursing care of elderly diabetes mellitus combined with acute myocardial infarction by the combination of ticagrelor and Tongxinluo capsule. Methods 128 cases of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into two groups with the same treatment, except that the experimental group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention, and the effects of both groups were compared. Results LVEF, LVEDD level, the complication rate of the experimental group after treatment and nursing care were significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Ticagrelor and Tongxinluo capsule and comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of elderly diabet ic patients with acute myocardial infarction can significantly improve the clinical indicators of patien s, can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, and help to improve the clinical efficacy, so it is worth clinical application.
