摘　　要：教学实验室是高校实验教学的主要场所,也是专业知识从理论到实践过渡的重要载体。为配合"现代生物科学与技术综合实验"课程开放性实验的开展,探讨实验室开放的有效管理方法,提出要制定实验室开放管理制度、强化实验过程管理和发挥实验技术人员的核心作用。建立适应实验课程发展的实验室开放管理模式,提高学生的实践及创新能力,从而更好地实现研究型与创新型人才培养的目标。Teaching laboratory is the main place of experimental teaching in colleges and universities, as well as the important carrier of professional knowledge from theory to practice. 1n order to cooperate with the opening experiment in the comprehensive experiment of biology and biotechnology, discuss the effective management method of laboratory opening,put forward to set up the laboratory opening management system, strengthen the experiment process management and give play to the core function of experiment technician. The establishment of laboratory opening management model to adapt to the development of experimental course, improve students’ practice and innovation ability, so as to a-chieve the goal of training research and innovative talents better.
