摘　　要：为探索加强大型仪器设备全生命周期管理,以使用效益为考量标准,将大型仪器设备的全生命周期管理分为三个阶段,即使用前阶段、使用维护阶段、处置报废阶段,总结各阶段管理工作的内容及存在的问题。通过分析建设和完善基于网络平台的全生命周期管理的新模式,解决各管理阶段存在的工作难点,为提高大型仪器设备使用效益服务。介绍了天津商业大学基于网络平台的大型仪器全生命周期管理的探索实践,并根据实际情况提出加强大型仪器全生命周期管理的思考,为大型仪器设备的管理提供指导。To explore the strengthening entire life cycle management in large-scale instruments and e- quipment,take using efficiency as standard, the entire life cycle management of large-scale instru-ments and equipment was divided into three stages, namely,before using stage,using stage and dis-carding stage. And content and problems in the management of different stages were summarized. To re-solve the difficulty in the management of large-scale instruments and equipment and improve the utili-zation. A new mode of entire life cycle management based on the construction and optimization of net-work platforms were analyzed. The exploration and practice of life cycle management of large-scale in-struments and equipment in Tianjin University of Commerce was introduced and the consideration of strengthening entire life cycle management of large-scale instruments and equipment depend on real-ities was proposed to provide guidance of the management.
