摘　　要：近年来,安徽省文化创意产业发展迅速,作为其重要载体的崔岗艺术产业集聚区,得到了安徽省政府的重视和扶持,呈现出良好的发展态势,但也存在不少问题。针对崔岗艺术产业集聚区存在的问题,提出了相关对策,包括遵循市场规律,以市场为导向,选择优势区位集聚,提高"文化"在创意产业中的存在价值;强调艺术村应该与企业、政府行业协会相结合形成一种共存相生的联盟式产业集群关系,并通过产业集群的强大优势,形成较为完整的产业链;同时,需要有一个社区活动的组织机构,形成社区组织与管理制度;另外,需要完善集聚区的配套设施,定期开展相关活动,提高知名度。In recent years, cultural find creative industries are developing rapidly in Anhui province. As an important carrier of cultural and creative industry, Cuigang art industry gathering area has obtained Anhui provincial government ＊ s attention and support, showing a good momentum of development. However, there are also some problems. In allusion to problems of Cuigang art industry gathering ar- ea, some countermeasures are put forward： follow the market rules, be oriented by the market,select locations with advantages to gath- er,and raise the value of “culture” in the creative industries; emphasize that art village should be combined with the enterprise, the government and industry association to shape a coexistence of allied industrial cluster relationship and form a relatively complete indus-trial chain based on the advantage of industrial cluster; at the same time, we need an organization for community activities and form community organization and management system; in addition, improve the facilities in the gathering area, carry out relevant activities regularly and raise awareness.
