摘  要:合理的采场结构参数可使采场处于有利的力学状态,使围岩的应力、应变分布趋于均匀化。针对金山金矿现有采矿工艺中存在的贫损指标不理想、作业安全性差等问题,进行了条带式胶结充填采矿法试验研究;同时,基于Flac^(3D)软件对采场回采过程进行数值模拟优化,确定合理的采场结构参数为矿柱8 m、矿房10 m。现场工业试验表明:该结构参数提高了采矿回采率及采场生产能力,改善了作业安全性,收到了良好的应用效果。Reasonable stope structural parameters can keep the stope in favorable mechanical state, making homo-geneous distribution of stress and strain in wall rocks. In view of the problems of unsatisfactory loss and dilution index and poor operation safety existing in the present mining process of Jinshan Gold Mine, the paper conducted experimen-tal research on stripped cement filling. At the same time, based on Flac30 software, numerical simulation and optimiza-tion of the extraction process are carried out to determine reasonable stope structural parameters, that is ore pillar width 8 m and room 10 m. Field experiment shows that the parameter improves extraction rate as well as stope productivity, enhances operation safety and achieves satisfactory application outcome.
