摘　　要：分析目前国内外血液透析患者症状群的测评工具,综述症状群的研究现状与进展,探讨其发展趋势,以期为选择合适的、信效度较高的多症状测评工具,加强血液透析患者的症状管理提供参考。We analyze the instruments for the evaluation of symptom clusters in hemodialysis patients, explore the predictive and outcome variables for symptom clusters, and examine their developmental trajecto- ry in order to help researchers select most suitable measure with good validity and reliability and develop ef- fective intervention strategies for symptom management.
