摘  要:随着科技的发展,电子产品的功率密度越来越大,设备的工作温度也随之越来越高,热安全性问题日益凸显。文章利用红外热像测温技术,对某智能手机进行了各种实验工况的测试,在图像采集模式下获取了智能手机散热系统和电路系统的红外热像图。通过对热像图的分析可以得到,石墨烯在电子元件散热问题中起到了非常重要的作用,其能够有效的降低某智能手机发热源的温度。With the development of science and technology, the power density of electronic products is becoming larger and larger, the working temperature of the equipment is higher and higher, thermal security issues have become increasingly prominent. In this paper, experiments were conducted to get the infrared thermography of the intelligent mobile phone radiation system and circuit system in image acquisition mode by using the infrared temperature measurement technology. Through the analysis of the thermal images, graphene has played a very important role in the problem of heat dissipation of electronic components, which can reduce the heat source temperature of the smart mobile phone effectively.
