摘  要:椎体成形术和椎体后凸成形术是治疗急性或亚急性骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的有效办法。通过皮下经椎弓根注射骨水泥可缓解疼痛,同时防止椎体高度的进一步丢失,纠正后凸畸形,其在临床应用中取得了满意的效果。骨水泥作为滞留于椎体内的材料,探索同时具备生物力学强度,良好的生物相容性、可降解的骨水泥成为国内外众多学者的研究热点,目前临床上应用的骨水泥主要包括聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、陶瓷骨水泥、磷酸钙骨水泥、硫酸钙骨水泥等。Percutaneous vertebroplasty and pereutaneous kyphoplasty are the effective ways for treatment of acute and sub-acute osteoporosis vertebral body crush fracture. Injection of bone cement by percutaneous pedicle can alleviate pain, prevent the further loss of vertebral height, and correct kyphosis,which has achieved satisfactory clinical effect. Bone cement as the material remaining in the vertebral body, the exploration of which with high biomechanical strength, good biocompati- bility, and biodegradability has become the research focus among the numerous domestic and international scholars. The cur- rent bone cement applied in the clinical mainly includes polymethyl methacrylate bone cement, ceramic bone cement, calci- um phosphate bone cement,calcium sulfate bone cement,and so on.
