摘　　要：髋臼盂唇是维持髋关节功能的重要解剖结构,盂唇损伤时患者会出现髋部疼痛、关节活动受限、关节弹响或绞锁等症状,严重影响患者的工作和生活。盂唇损伤的诊断需要结合患者的病史、体格检查及影像学检查做出综合判断。随着人们对髋臼盂唇结构和功能认识的不断加深,治疗盂唇损伤的手术方法也不断发展,包括盂唇清理、盂唇修复和盂唇重建,手术原则是尽量保留盂唇组织以保证盂唇功能,盂唇修复和重建均取得了良好的短中期疗效,但长期疗效还有待观察。Acctabular labrum, an important anatomical structure, maintains the function of hip. The symptoms of labral tears are hip pain,limited range of movement,clicking or locking,which seriously affect patient＇s daily work and life. The diagnosis of labral tears need combination of the medical history, physical examination and proper imaging examination. With the increasing understanding of the structure and function of this anatomical part, the operative options for treating acetabular labral tears have obviously improved, including labral debridcment, repair and reconstruction. The principle of surgical pro- cedure is to keep the lip tissue as far as possible to ensure the lip function. Labral repair and labral reconstruction have achieved satisfactory short-term and midterm outcomes, but long-term outcomes need further observation.
