摘 要:Dickkopf-1(DKK1)是DKK家族的重要成员,DKK1能够通过与Wnt受体复合体低密度脂蛋白受体相关蛋白5/6结合抑制Wnt信号通路。大部分DKK家族与血糖之间有相互调节的关系,2型糖尿病患者血中DKK1水平升高,其水平的升高与内皮细胞功能障碍以及血小板的激活有关,从而介导两者之间的炎症反应,作为糖尿病血管病变发生机制的一部分,糖代谢异常和炎症反应均与血清DKK1水平有关。血清DKK1水平又与动脉粥样硬化及其钙化斑块形成有关,而DKK1与糖尿病微血管病变关系的研究十分有限,需要更多的研究证实DKK1与糖尿病血管病变之间的关系。Dickkopf-1 ( DKK1 ) is one of the important members of the family of DKK, DKK1 can inhibit the Writ signa- ling pathway by combining with Wnt receptor complex low density lipoprotein-reeeptor-related protein 5/6. There is relation- ship of mutual adjustment between most DKK family members and blood glucose. Circulating DKK1 increase in T2DM is associated with endothelial cell dysfunction and platelet activation and mediates the inflammatory response between them. As a part of the pathogenesis of diabetes vascular lesions, abnormal glucose metabolism and inflammation are associated with the level of serum DKK1. Serum DKK1 concentration is connected with calcified atherosclerotic plaque formation of diabe- tes. However,the research on the relationship between DKK1 and diabetic microvascular disease is quite limited, so more studies are needed to confirm the relationship between DKK1 and the diabetes vascular lesions.
